AngelX is a decentralized marketplace for providing professional digital assets, resources and services that we believe will be very useful for a large class of service providers/buyers with the power of blockchain.

Terms of Use & Service

AngelX (“we” “us”) website(s) (our “Site” or “Sites”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the “TOS”).

Please read the TOS carefully before registering on our Site or use any of our Services. We recommend you should keep a copy of the TOS for future reference.

AngelX is a blockchain powered Marketplace for providing professional digital assets, resources and services.

AngelX Marketplace is a web platform which will act as a store and trading place of digital assets in the blockchain.

In particular, the services that you may use in connection with the AngelX Marketplace are:

  1. deposit and/or withdrawal of BNB (Binance Coin) and of AngelX Token; and
  2. sell/buy digital assets against AngelX Token.

By providing a digital asset or service, the user is solely responsible that the purpose of this meets the legal requirements, it is not fraudulent and not considered vicarious or annulled in the jurisdictions where it shall be enforced. Also, AngelX cannot be held responsible for the functionality of the digital asset that the service provider listed. The purchasing user shall perform his/her own tests with regards to the functionality of the digital asset or service prior to ordering the purchase of such.

In general, the AngelX Marketplace offers the following services:

Purchase of Digital Assets:

These are made available by various service providers who have registered on the AngelX Marketplace. Should you wish to purchase a digital asset or service, please note that you will be entering into a private arrangement directly with the service provider. AngelX Marketplace does no warrant nor supervise the performance of the rights and obligations of the parties to the transaction involving the development and purchase of digital asset, nor assumes any liability with respect to the functionality of a respective digital asset, nor to the suitability of a digital asset with respect to the compliance with the interest of the purchaser.

AngelX is merely acting as an intermediary in the settlement of the transaction involving the AngelX Token, as described in more detail in the whitepaper and has otherwise no involvement in the transaction involving the development and/or purchase of a digital service.

Redemption of Tokens in PRE-SALE:

After you successfully transferred BNB to the AngelX contract address, your AngelX balance (at the pre-sale discount stage rate) will be credited to your wallet immediately.

Pre-sale is subject to a white-paper and legal-disclaimer agreement. This Terms of Use and Services shall be completed and amended by such further contractual arrangements, which will supersede the provisions of this ToS.

Please refer to the Best Execution policy, which includes important information on the type of transactions that are available on the AngelX Marketplace, involving the use of AngelX (X) Token, details on the settlement of such transactions, details on the intermediary fee that AngelX charges for the settlement of such transactions and the general responsibilities of users (service providers and purchasers of digital assets and services) when entering into a transaction involving the service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including AngelX Marketplace and all HTML and other code contained in this Site. All such Content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by AngelX and/or its third-party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. You are permitted to make one copy for the purposes of viewing Content for your own personal use.

CONTENT

“Content” is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, video, audio or text on this Site. AngelX tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. AngelX does not promise that AngelX’s Content is accurate or error-free. AngelX does not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or AngelX’s Content will be error free or that this Site, AngelX Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that all users of the Internet ensure they have up to date virus checking software installed.

YOUR ACTIVITY

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Site and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this Site. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the TOS, we may deny you access to this Site on a temporary or permanent basis.

Prohibited Nationalities

Any customer holding citizenship, permanent residency, or who has been a tax resident in the United States is prohibited from using any of the services provided by the company.

THIRD PARTY

We may include hyperlinks on this Site to other websites or resources operated by parties other than AngelX, including advertisers. AngelX has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Web Site and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages nor are we responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, products or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external websites or resources.

LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY

We accept liability damages from our intent or gross negligence or that of our employees and agents only. We do not seek to exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees.

If AngelX fails to comply with the TOS, we are responsible for the direct, demonstrable loss or damage you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaching the TOS. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time when you will be using the Services, both you and AngelX knew it might happen. Our liability shall be in any events limited to EUR 500.

We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or light negligence, indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us (for example, unearned benefit, loss of profits or loss of opportunity) at the time when the contract has been concluded.
